Espiritu Santo Island, Vanuatu Part 2

We went snorkelling again the next morning but had to head back for the special Sunday smorgasbord lunch (all you can eat) which we had signed up for at 12:30pm. That turned out to be really nice too, especially the authentic Oyster Island oysters straight off the mangroves on the island. Curries, pasta, ribs, baked whole fish, meatballs, salad, rice – well that is what I managed to eat anyway.
